OUR SOLUTIONS

Solutions built around engineered bamboo.

  • Beams, columns, trusses and stair stringers in engineered bamboo.

BAM LVB provides predictable strength with a clean, linear grain—ideal for exposed or semi-exposed structure. We fabricate beams, columns, lintels, truss members and stair stringers to standard or cut-to-length sizes, supply machining for connections (CNC, routing, drilling), and coordinate finishes to suit the interior concept. Use LVB when you want timber warmth with composite consistency, and a single material language from structure to touch points.

  • Sheet goods and components, sized to your drawings.

For millwork and interior architecture we deliver panels and slab components cut-to-size. LVB panels suit joinery, casework and screens where edge quality matters; SWB boards suit slim, dimensionally stable faces. We can supply balanced layups, edging solutions and hardware prep so parts move directly from crate to assembly, reducing shop time and waste.

  • Ventilated rainscreens, baffles and sun-screens with tested details.

BAM SWB boards are made for exterior performance. We support open-joint or shiplap rainscreens, vertical or horizontal orientation, concealed or expressed fixings, and matching trims. Submittals include recommended build-ups, fixings, maintenance notes and sample kits. Use SWB for crisp shadow lines, uniform tone and reliable service life.

  • Exterior decking packages for fast install and clean lines.

From courtyards to coastal boardwalks, our SWB decking pairs dense boards with clip systems and sub-structure guidance for quick installation and simple replacement. We’ll advise on board profiles, gapping, slip resistance and finishing cycles based on climate and traffic so decks stay tight and serviceable.

  • Treads, risers, landings and rail components that invite touch.

Stair elements arrive pre-machined and ready to finish or prefinished. LVB delivers the strength and edge quality needed for treads/risers and continuous rails; SWB can be used for feature screens and infill panels. We coordinate nosing details, anti-slip options and integration with metal or glass for a unified look.

  • Bench tops, shelves, legs and screens—machined to spec.

When you need real material presence in furniture, LVB/SWB brings consistent grain and robust edges. We provide tops, legs, aprons, shelves and screens with CNC joinery, dowel/insert prep and finish options to match the architectural palette. Ideal for libraries, offices, retail and hospitality.

  • Prefinished surfaces for desks, counters and reception elements.

We supply finished or finish-ready slabs with sealed edges and practical coating systems for commercial use. Choose natural or tinted tones; specify edge profiles, cable cut-outs and hardware inserts. Guidance on cleaning and refinishing makes service cycles straightforward for facilities teams.

  • Flush or stile-and-rail doors with coordinated frames and trims.

Door leaves, frames and mouldings are supplied as coordinated packages for a calm, continuous material language. LVB’s linear grain reads cleanly on flush faces; stile-and-rail options add depth where needed. We can prep for hardware, vision panels and acoustic seals, and match casings, base and detail trims.

  • Heavy-duty flooring for trailers, stages and industrial platforms.

For hard-working surfaces, we provide dense boards and laminated panels with high wear resistance, bolt-through detailing and replaceable sections. Options include anti-slip textures and edge protection. Suitable for transport trailers, temporary structures and back-of-house service areas.

  • Pre-cut, labeled parts with install guides to reduce site time.

Where schedule matters, we deliver pre-cut, pre-drilled and labeled component packs—complete with layout drawings, fastener lists and step-by-step install notes. Kits are available for façades, decks, stairs and interior packages, helping the site team move quickly with fewer surprises.
